#BigDGives Kickoff Live on WFAA Channel 8’s Daybreak

Kick Off #BigDGives on WFAA Channel 8’s Daybreak by Volunteering with United Way and TangoTab (Victory Park, Dallas, 4:45 a.m. – 7 a.m.)

Join us to kick off #GivingTuesday and help combat widespread hunger by assembling hundreds of sandwiches for people in need with TangoTab’s Feed the City. We’ll supply the ingredients.

Parking at: Lexus Garage at American Airlines Center (2620 North Houston Street, Dallas, Texas, 75201). Garage located on the corner of Houston Street and All Star Way; please park on the 4th floor.

#GivingTuesday is an international day of giving that has inspired acts of generosity around the world for the past five years. #GivingTuesday, on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving, has been responsible for an increase in financial donations, volunteer hours and acts of generosity, and has encouraged community engagement and support. This year, a citywide initiative, #BigDGives on #GivingTuesday Powered by United Way, will lead Dallas into the holiday season in a spirit of thanksgiving and gratitude, building on the momentum of North Texas Giving Day. One goal will be for our united efforts to earn for Dallas the title of "Most Generous City in the Nation" on #GivingTuesday. Expressions of generosity on #BigDGives need not consist of monetary donations alone; they may include gifts of time, acts of kindness or other examples of volunteering for the benefit of others. Take part in #BigDGives on Tuesday, November 28, 2017, by giving of yourself to make an impact in our community.
